Once an ornament has been personalized with our permanent black ink, it cannot be fully cleaned off, or used again. For that reason, if we have personalized and sent your ornament to your specification on your order, we cannot accept a return. We trust you will understand. If your ornament is received damaged in shipment we will promptly replace it or issue a credit, whichever you prefer.
If we have made an error in spelling, or sent the wrong ornament, then of course we will correct our mistake and send out a replacement at no charge.
