At checkout you'll be given a choice of mailing options. You'll be sent a Delivery Confirmation number when we email you to tell you your order has been shipped.

Holiday Mailing

We have several levels of mailing service available for your order. USPS First Class mail which usually delivers within two to seven working days, or USPS Priority Mail which usually delivers within one to three working days. During most of the calendar year First Class mail is a good choice as it is less expensive and quite efficient. In November and December we recommend Priority Mail for a faster delivery of your gifts. If your order is placed by December 19 the Postal Service says your Priority Mail package will arrive by Christmas Eve. Please remember, this is not a guaranteed service! You may now choose USPS Express Mail which is a guaranteed two day delivery. You will be offered this option at checkout and you will be able to see the cost by clicking on Check Shipping Rates. It is our goal to mail your order promptly so that you receive it as needed, and we work very hard often mailing out orders the same day they are received! We hope you, our customers, will understand that there are occasional conditions that occur which might delay your package delivery, and for which we cannot be held responsible. No returns will be accepted or refunds will be given for packages mailed on time, but not delivered on time by USPS.

Free Shipping on all orders over $60!

We now offer free shipping for all orders over $60. From January to November orders within the United States will be mailed USPS First Class mail. In December we will upgrade your free shipment to USPS Priority Mail. Orders outside of the U.S. will be mailed via First Class International Package (please allow 2 1/2 weeks for delivery).

Shipping Internationally? No Problem!

Our cart is now configured to accept orders with billing/shipping addresses in the US (including APOs and all US territories), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Great Brittan and Ireland, and many European countries. For shipments outside of the US we offer USPS First Class International mail (please allow 2 1/2 weeks!), Global Priority Mail and USPS Global Express Mail. We've found these methods to be very reliable and the basic rate shown will ship 1-5 ornaments!

USPS First Class and Priority International mail does not provide a Delivery Confirmation option, but does send the customers a Customs Identification number.

If we do not currently take orders from your country please contact orders@calliopedesigns.com us with information about your order, such as the country of your billing and shipping addresses, and the approximate number of items in your order. We'll get back to you with a approximate shipping costs and work with you to set up an order.
