I will make one of these ornaments for Wally this year.  She's been quite a pet - energetic and a puppy for a full seven years!  Trainable, but not always obedient!  Always friendly.  She makes a person feel like they are remembered and greatly loved the minute they walk in the door!  Now at 13 she's arthritic and having breathing problems, but hanging in there!  Everyone always says,  How's Wally?  I'm afraid to ask!  But she's still with us, and this ornament will be made for her.
